The team that can convert in short yardage situations. 3rd and short, 4th and short, etc.

The defense controlling short yardage situations is the best mitigater to shutting down drives and keeping high powered offenses in check. It’s a drive killer and decreases the amount of plays the offense has. Who does that best will win IMO.

My gut says BAMA is better there and that’s why my head gives them the nod. But, if LSU can show improvement there , I think we win a close one.

You need a little board awareness.

Your head is too close to your gut. Take it out of your arse

I really feel like LSU needs to focus on reading Tua's eyes and bat some balls down, and make him adjust a little, that split second can make the receivers lose some timing, meaning don't kill themselves trying to kill Tua in backfield, play with patience and bat a few balls, may go a long way if we can do this on 3rd and medium are long, force some punts

Turnovers, field position, least number of stupid penalties, playing with fire in the belly but not stupid late hits, etc.

my gut says who can convert offense to the most points will win, but I admit my gut is wrong 50% of the time.
