You sure about that? I distinctly remember O saying that he was giving all of the backup reps to Brennan because he already knew what the "others" can do. Where's the fair competition? What can a guy learn and show in a 2-3 weeks to cement him the #2 spot when the other guys have been practicing the new system for 8 months? O even said Brennan himself told him that he wasn't comfortable in the system until game 4 or 5. However, we never saw any other backup QBs all season. O has rarely even mentioned any other QB except Brennan and Etling.

Hate to break it to ya, but Scott didn't have the head for it. He couldn't learn the playbook at all, much less make reads.

Wonder If he could see over heads of lineman, For that matter every other player in the field.

Scott has an incredible memory, and can easily dissect plays just ask his high school coaches and his teachers. Frickin Einstein with cleats. Somebody sold you bad info, baw.

You got to realize all us Zachary folk here live in a small town that is as interconnected to ZHS as the internet. ZHS has two prominent LSU Football alums for asst coaches in Chris Carrier and Keiland Williams. That is not to mention the Head Coach who has the 5A state crown from a couple yrs ago and has been in the State Qtrs or better for the last 4 yrs. Do you think they dont have ears into the LSU program and who the hell can keep a secret in this small town...

Have you ever heard a negative word from David in public? Beeen that way since he was a nothing assistant. Will leave it at that. Of course everyone from Zachary knows it all. David isn’t at practice everyday. He will be th first to tell you it is what you do in practice and how you do it.
As far as Chris and Kevin Carrier, watched a many games at Eunice of those 2. Chris was overrated as a db IMO. He was slow. None of you on here will know who Kevin is unless you know Kevin.
Know him VERY well.

I would donate an organ to have seen Lindsey Scott Jr. run Canada's offense against Fla

Donate your penis to study of microorganisms that get under people's skin and I will make this happen.

He's a junior college quarterback. He won't have any real success at the FBS level. Seems like a great kid, though.

We'd be unstoppable!!

AL sets realistic expectations and is all about team winning. Better player mentoring. LSU focus became 3 and done to NFL

Defenses would load the box and dare Scott to beat them throwing and he wouldn’t be able to

Dave's an excellent coach, as is his staff, overall one of the best coaching staffs in the state. What I'm learning is that people on TD aren't nearly as educated and informed as they pretend to be, with a few exceptions. Will leave it at that.

You're killing his lies with a factual account of the process! TD has a bunch of liars.
