Agree 100%.
And after reading some of the details on Dandy Don’a site this morning, which I have to believe have some truth to them, did we really not educate Fulton properly on the penalty for his actions? How does a compliance office that’s supposedly so seemingly thorough and meticulous not educate our athletes on proper consequences?
Or, maybe we did educate him and we let him use that excuse in the hopes it helps with his case. The athlete loses the appeal and to boot the school comes out with egg on its face by admitting some culpability in the process.
Either way, it’s a bad look.

You have to admit, its us as fans faults as well. We will complain all day to Mascona and T-bob will go off the wall, but not one of us consistently calls into Finebaum.
I hate to say it, but face it, it's a national show. He's gotten 100s of calls from Ohio State fans - hardly any from us. Someone needs to kick things off by calling in today.

They have no idea that some schools employ professionals whose sole purpose is to deal with issues like Fulton.
They need to spend some money on a good crisis manager. I doubt Alleva knows that is an actual thing.

we're talking about the guy that screwed over the duke lacrosse team. it's almost like he's hasn't learned anything from that whole fiasco.
