Im surprised LSU isnt wanting to break away on its own

This whole "gang up on LSU" deal is soft as baby shite.
It screams fear more than anything, as LSU continues to shell out money to win .
If im LSU im at least making calls to see what TV deals we could potentially strike as an independent.
Because holy shite if the other teams are going to be gigantic bitches, why exactly are we dealing with it? LSU with Lane is a powder keg and it honestly comes off as fear? Which is weird.

dude, we're just talking some players who might be graned a 5th season
We don't want to be ND without a conference
LSU and SEC is frankly, hand in hand branding
why on earth would we consider leaving the SEC over a judgement of a few players from 2022
all this stuff gets sorted out in the end

LSU could be the starting member of a new conference....not a Southeastern Conference.....maybe a SouthWestern Conference! I just came up with that idea on my own just now.
