I’m spoiled. I realized it today.

Watching this game vs Ark had me uncomfortable at times. I was ready to shut it off and go man the grill. I stuck it out and witnessed a victory for these young kids. And I’m proud of them.
I’m a ‘02 grad so I grew up with Hallman and Dinardo. I would have been ecstatic for an SEC win like this back in the day. Hard fought on the road with a back up QB.
But I know this is not the Tiger team we are used to. But it’s a new team and I’m here come hell or high water.

Having a season like this frustrating to watch under normal times. Add in the fact that we are coming off a perfect national championship season with a brisk an qb that could almost do no wrong and it amplifies things.

Man it’s good to see this type of post rather than the incessant bitching we’ve seen! And yes, I think we’ve all become spoiled. Burrow’s accuracy last year made it feel like we were watching a PlayStation game. This year, we’re back to COLLEGE football. Record numbers leaving for the draft, players opting out, no spring practice. I do think we should’ve gotten D’eriq King in the off-season for no other reason than to have him in our weaponry. We’ll see what Pelini is made of the next few weeks. Did you see how many passes were THIS close to being completions/td’s?! Future looks bright.
