Only if you follow the formula:

1. Be specific about unimportant details.

2. Have a vague but almost plausible connection to a mysterious insider, purely by circumstance. (ie, my roommate from Tiger Plaza's step daughter is a paralegal for a big donor's lawyer.)

3. Be supremely confident.

If you can deliver on all 3, count me in.
