I just think the team is better with a mobile quarterback.

I think we’re winning games DESPITE Nuss. To me he’s just a very meh QB.

I see it every game, the DBs run with WRs, LBers with the RBs and TEs etc. There’s always MILES of room to run the ball. Our offense would be so much more effective with a QB that would take those yards and keep the defense honest. Not to mention the read options when the defense doesn’t even account for the QB.

Our offense just goes so stale sometimes. Throw off back foot, incomplete. run for 1 yard. maybe a complete throw on 3rd and long?

It’s horrible.

I’d legitimately like to see Hurley or Collins, and the transition would be better for the future with Underwood too

Also, kill the RPO plays when your QB is not a running threat

The R option is the running back not the QB. If the linebackers step up you pull it from the running back and Pass it.

Run Pass Option isn’t the wishbone.

That said. He does need to pull it a few times on the read option to keep the DEs honest.

You realize that the reason it came down to OT was because he played like shite up until that point.
He had to throw the ball 51 fricking times because we don't have a run game

You do realize with average QB play we have two more losses this season right?

Bump

Any casuals still disagree.

Collins or Hurley win that game last night.

Same way A&M won with their mobile backup.

Nuss is the weak point of this team
