imo, parson did a pretty damn good job at fb last year. he has a mean streak in him.

I have been quite and not voiced this to anyone, but I have a good feeling about this team. I usually don't form an opinion until I see a game or 2, but for some reason I just think the defense is going to be suffocating and the offense will improve in the running game. It may be all the positive things I am hearing about leadership from the few people I know that get to see any practices. I think we have been missing that the last 2 years and it is going to change this year. Just a hunch though, so pretty much as useless as those polls we are discussing.

You haven't been paying attention lately. The polls have been much more fluid the past few years. I think most pollsters take the 1st few weeks to kind of correct their original ones as best they can.

I think a lot will depend on what the teams ranked above you do. The first week there is usually not a lot of movement because most teams are not playing a tough opponent.
