Cool. Just don't hit his head with yours. Obviously, you've never spoken English before.

Shitty post, Rek. Try harder next time.

The flag was thrown by a ref standing at the 22-25 yard line on the ark side line 5 sec. after play was complete. The only conversation he had before throwing the flag was with the head coach(reason for delay)not his fellow officials. There were 3 refs closer and with a beter view that did not throw their flag. This offical was atleat 40-45 yards away from the play.

Although it might be a hit that needed to be flaged this ref is not the one to be the sole decider of that fact. At some point we know this is a violent sport and going over the middle used to mean something.

If the Arky player's helmet doesn't fly off

...there would have been no penalty

No more childish than calling attention to a typo and calling that a post.

for what it's worth I thought it was a marginal call. probably correct, but regardless the call doesn't obscure the fact it was two guys out there playin' the hell out of football.

Then obviously you've never been on any message board of any kind before because if you had, you'd know that I'm only calling attention to the lame "obviously you've never..." argument with which you led your original post. You can count on a really shitty point when a post begins that way.

bullshite. Look at the video and stop acting like a fan of the player that made the hit. He used the side of his helmet right in the face mask of the opposing player. I don't think it was intentional but it was clearly the right call.

Let's see you go out the and take a tackle in your face and we'll see who the "pussy" is.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

You are claiming he "used" the side of his helmet to strike another player. That's the funniest shite I've read all day on this topic.

It's what happened moron. Watch the video and stop acting like a blind homer fan of the guy that made the hit.

Way to ignore the fact that I also stated that I don't believe (for one second) that there was anything intentional about the use of the helmet.

How in the hell do you use the side of you helmet? It's called using his shoulder. Go look in the mirror. Find you shoulder. That hollow mound of crap right above that is you head. See how close they are? Jones led with his shoulder and hit the piggie in the shoulder pads. It's all right there on the video.

Don't know if it was on TV, but I was at the game, and the flag was definitely very late and came from an official way up field.

My nephew and brother in law were sitting on the second row above the LSU players portal and had a perfect view. They said it didn't look or sound like helmet to helmet and the ref that threw the flag was on the side line at least 30 yards away near the Arkansas coaches who might have prodded him some about helmet to helmet contact by using the flying helmet as evidence..
I believe if the helmet hadn't come off there would have been no flag.
