Damn near every allegation in the SEC's Amend Complaint against the LSU Defendants is about the Harris, Wright, and the 19th JDC litigation. Damn near every important document in the 19th JDC litigation was filed into the SEC's case against the LSU Defendants.

Do you really think Sankey can convince Judge Jordan that the SEC is not violating his Preliminary Injunction by taking action today that is directly related to the SEC's lawsuit and the 19th JDC litigation?

If you believe that, you are hugely underestimating Judge Jordan and Tony Clayton.
