LSU pitching is decent enough…

They have the starting pitching to make that a very possible false hood to not be able to guaranteed that. Now can this team come from a losers bracket to the ship series? As of now very unlikely because you’d need to offense to show up some.

The starters have to be flawless....if one goes off the tracks in a tight game, we lose all our reliable relievers. We don't have the bullpen at the moment, and if Cowan is on a downward trajectory (I hope not) then we are really toast...because that basically gives us 1 reliable pen guy in Evans and we kinda need him for a third starter. Granted, if you can make it to Omaha and stay in the Winners bracket, it makes it much more manageable.

LSU is NOT going to Omaha. Not winning a Super Regional. Not sure about hosting a home regional, but won't win that either. The team is good, not great. And Arkansas awaits...not good for LSU.
