we need to dominate our opponents with the talent we have. When is the last time LSU had a game like Bama had against UF? We haven't given a good SEC team a beating in a while

well we didn't beat any of the good SEC teams this year and we certainly didn't do it last year. (we did get blown out twice).

In 2007, the only SEC teams we really blew out was MSU. We beat Ole Miss by 17 but I was at that game and I'm not sure if I would call that a blowout (+ they were 3-9 that year with 0 SEC wins)

In 2006 we blew out MSU and UK. I would consider either team one of the good teams of the SEC.

In 2005, we blew out MSU, Vandy, and Ole Miss. Got blown out vs UGA. Ole Miss was 3-8, MSU finished 5-7, and Vandy finished 5-6.

So we've been blown out 3 teams (UGA twice and UF) and got handled by Florida this year as well.

I thought we had come to a common standing in the previous posts, but now I think you are being a little too analytical in the whole "we don't blow teams out anymore" argument. I mean, to point out 2007, the year we won the NC, and say we didn't dominate enough is kind of absurd. I will take a 1 point win in every game with a NC and be damn happy. The parody in college football right now is unlike ever before, I don't think you'll see dynasties like Nebraska and Miami in the past, in this day and age. You may be asking for a little too much.

Ok, SC, tOSU, GA need to dominate their opponents also. Winning is not as easy as some people think. We could have been 11-1 also -- Florida just beat us.

seriously? Do you think losing to Arkansas and UK, both who finished unranked, was us playing up to our potential?

Doesn't that speak more to how good that team was? I swear, some of you "fans" now complaining about our national championship year

We lost two games in triple OT. We were the most deserving team that year. Get over it.

If you want Miles gone, just say that. Don't try to tarnish a championship season. You come off looking like a douche.

how does losing to 2 vastly inferior teams do this?

without a doubt, but he fricked up big time against UK and the team blew it, with the NC on the line, against Arkansas

did you even read his question? It asked when was the last time LSU blew out a good SEC opponent. Did we do that in 2007?

Moo State actually beat Florida, but Florida's cause was helped by a blind official. WTF is your point?

These same teams also did it to Lord Saban. Alabama also kicked his arse. God, some of you people are stupid.

The 2001 SEC championship team was the only 3-loss team ever. What's your point?

Better yet what's your point with that pointless arse stat? 2001 has nothing to do with the fact that Les Miles hasn't gotten the team up for a big SEC game and dominated since 2006.

and we also blew other good SEC teams out on occasion. Not really sure what your post has to do with anything, perhaps you are the unintelligent one.

If anything, it helps my point that good teams can be blown out
