If, God forbid, we lose, I think we fall like a rock in the polls

I think the Coaches/Harris have been waiting for us to lose, and if it happens this weekend, I think we plummet in the polls. Maybe to 15-17 and one of the lowest 1 loss teams.

With our coach playing the worst qb on the team why should we not?

I don't know that we'd fall that far, but I do think the pollsters would drop us quite a bit.

Depends how, get blown out yes we drop off big time. Lose a close one we fall to about 11 or 12.

agreed... we'll sink faster than the titanic, and we'll play hell climbing even if we beat Bama and Arky.

We could win out after that, be the SEC champ if AU drops one, and go in to the sugar bowl as an underdog.

Everyone is waiting to see LSU and expecially Les Miles fail. I think we would fall really low in the polls. Let's just take one Saturday at a time!

this

If others lose this weekend, yeah we could be 12. Bama dropped 7 spots and the media STILL think they are the best team.

We lose, we drop more than 7 unless others lose too. Thats a minimum of 13th.

Id say about 15th. 14-13 of others lose.

Ofcoures we will fall! They hate us, only reason we're where we are is the record. No one gives a shite about our schedule.

I agree, with ESPN and the rest of the media pimping the lucky Les line, when we do lose, the pollsters will drop us pretty deep in the polls. On the other hand, an Auburn loss to us doesn't necessarily drop them as far.

Just people on this board!

The nation would LOVE to see Houdini Miles pull another rabbit out of his hat. Actually, they love all the last second drama - win or lose.

Why stop here. Why not predict what will happen throughout your day, week, month and why each mistake that happens will end your world. How do you get out of bed in the morning with this attitude?

I will agree on this becuase it has been one hell of crazy season so far. I still think that everyone watches waiting for the EPIC meltdown that eveyone is eager to see.

CONSIDER THIS: Whether we lose or not, doesn't matter as much as winning in two weeks in Baton Rouge. If we lose tomorrow, beat Bama and Bama WILL beat Auburn in T-town, we still win the West. If we win tomorrow but lose to Bama and Bama beats Auburn, Bama wins the West. The Auburn game is big, for sure, BUT the Bama game is potentially even bigger.

I think us losing this game due to a JJ mistake could doom the season, having an off week to sit around and fester with all the negativity is going to be rough.

Pretty sure AU would have to drop two for us to be SEC champs.

Les doesn't need to pull another rabbit out of his hat! All he needs to do is put Lee in on the second series and leave him in the game. Then let his OC do his job with a good mix of pass and run plays. Everything else will fall in place.
