What is the ideal time to hire a new OC? Does hiring one before the bowl game alter our performance in any way? How does that effect recruiting?

Sadly, I really don’t expect a new OC. LSU athletics are in a very sad state of affairs. Just wait until good ol Joe gets an extension.

Not only do I fully expect Ensminger to be back as OC next season, I'm waiting for Orgeron to announce it with a ringing endorsement.
