Hey man I wasnt saying Quinn was all world. He made some mistakes in a big game. Guice and Jackson did the same. Quinn didn't exactly have a qb that was worth a shite to get him the ball now did he. I think guice is great, but people make mistakes. Dumbasses like you tend to overlook some and not others....black power.

Oh I get it, the critical mistakes by guice that cost Lsu the sugar bowl are overlooked. Got it.

Every college player makes mistakes. Every single LSU fan remembers Copeland's fumble going in against Bama in 2013.

What we don't have with Quinn is a memorable game or a clutch catch that leaps out. Sure, I remember him making a couple of catches, but he had nothing like Guice's recent big games.

That's all I'm saying - there was no balance. And he was given every opportunity - he started 7 games as a true freshman. The kid caught 22 passes in 2 years at LSU. He had 2 or 3 drops in the one Bama game alone. His relegation to the doghouse may not have been completely fair. It had nothing to do with race.

Let...it...go.

Very misleading. Les frequently would have certain guys out there for the first play bc it was a toss dive (I know I know...the toss dive is the greatest play ever drawn up). Starting a game at receiver for us under Les often meant nothing more than you were sent out to block for one or two plays.

Not to mention Quinn, Johnson , and others had hot garbage at QB. I don't think it's valid to say we saw the true potential of those guys.

And you're right it has nothing to do with race. It has to do with very limited opportunities, no tolerance for any mistakes by certain players only, and an archaic offense.

Funny how Miles punished Trey for those drops yet allowed Jennings/Harris to repeatedly play like shite.

I bet he was thinking, "which of these Dallas debutantes am I going to smash?"

Yep, ole Trey is the only receiver to ever drop a pass thrown to him...should have revoked his scholarship...oh wait, basically they did...

I wonder what he was thinking after all those dropped third-down passes.
