Kwaj - I saw that shite 2 years ago. I was amazed that someone was that stupid to do something like that. Aside from being your mascot that is an endagered species. From what I heard that kid got kicked out of school and had to deal with Federal charges.

Classy post there Kwaj! You are right, college kids and alcohol produce a-holes. Sadly, there are some at LSU as well. We don't hate Aubies, just want to kick the crap out of yall's football team, that's all. Otherwise, we are all just here to have a good time.

As a Cajun, I can attest to having cooked or at least tasted just about every conceivable kind of game that walks, crawls or flies in the South (no, not possum), but I have yet to even run across a recipe for EAGLE.
Until we come up with a decent recipe, the damn bird is probably safe.
