Was if you gesture to the dugout of the opposing team you get thrown out?

The theatrics in college baseball, all teams, have gone beyond absurd. In every other level above HS the players would end it by policing themselves. Trash talk? Fine. You (or one of your teammates) eats a fastball next time up. That would quickly stop all of it

If the umps ejected as they are supposed to, it would fix this. But I agree where it comes from.

So I’m still unclear, does the rule say 1st offense is a warning or ejection?
