Look, flame away, and this year's team is very different than last years for sure, but line is same. FWIW I think we win by 20 or so, but we will likely be a bigger favorite 2-3 in future (Rice, Ole Miss maybe at ark) then this game.

I would be very nervous about this game last year, but the leadership on the team is different this year. Guys playing for eachother and we aren't relying on individual effort.

Good guys will cover.

It’s probably going to be a sloppy unsatisfying game. Amik will play lights out. Offense will struggle. Defense will be lackluster. But we’ll probably win. These things happen in college football.

LSU better not be boring on offense because tech will be stacking the box wanting burrow to beat them.I hope Steve E. works on some tweaks to the offense.

Its time for the offense to look good. Tired of the excuses. I understand new Qb, WR's,RB's etc..but thats no reason to look like crap in week 4 of the season against a lesser team.LSU needs to start looking like a top 10 offense hell even a top 50 offense! How many top 20 teams look crappy on offense? just saying!

It’ll be your typical let down game. I think LSU wins 33-20, with some lackluster play but pulling away in the 4th.

I kind of get the sense that the fear of god was put in the players after that lackluster effort against SELU. I would normally maybe think this one could be another clunker that we still win fairly comfortably, but I have a different feeling. I think we may blow the doors off of them. Just a hunch.

It's time to let go of the Troy game from last year. It is ancient history now.

I don’t think you can compare the two.

I don’t care what was put on this board about the Troy game, I was there. 98% of what happened last year was due to personal or the lack there of, and about 2% was due to coaching.

La Tech lost to South Carolina on a last 4 seconds field goal.

Two years in a row this LA Tech team took an SEC team to the wire and only lost by 1 pt.

2017: South Carolina Lost 17-16
2016: Arkansas Lost 21-20

They also beat #25 Navy in their bowl game in 2016 and beat SMU in their bowl game in 2017.

They are not to be taken lightly. We need to come in mentally prepared to play the game and execute to our ability.

This seems to be every Tech fans hope.

I've got a feeling he's going to get picked on a bit by Sullivan/Jeff/Anderson

I think it is blow out city. I don't see Tech score more than 14 against this defense. Also the run game should be used early and often. My prediction 38-10 LSU.

They played us close the last time we faced off with Miles at the helm. But essentially every other game has not been close. I don’t think they score a touchdown against this defense until second half garbage time.

I also can’t stand most Tech fans. They truly believe they have the best football team in Louisiana. It’s weird and annoying because they aren’t meaningful enough for me to even have an opinion of them until their fans open their mouths

I agree. I think we barely squeak by, everybody freaks out again about how O is overrated, and then we come out and crush Ole Miss by 30 or so next week.

This will sound brash but LSU is not Ark or USCe! LSU is a tier above them and its time for LSU to start laying the hammer to teams like La tech. it will be tough after an emotional Win but the coaching staff needs to start challenging these guys every week to play better.

We definitely have the receivers who could take advantage of his height. Hopefully E can create the mismatch in schmeming.

yep, they were leading at the half.

we need to dominate in the 1st half, so we can lay off it in the 2nd.
