I think LSU has an interesting alternate media opportunity during home games on campus

Two huge sports podcasts merged on campus yesterday with Josh Pate, Taylor Lewan, and Will Compton
It was an espn show called Bussin with Pate and they held it in the quad.
Now… believe it or not, LSU has quite a few former athletes with podcasts. Some are in their early stages ( Tyrann mathieu, Leonard Fournette, Jarvis Landry, etc…) but the biggest of all is Raw Room with Jalen Collins.
Raw Room constantly gets millions of views and its pretty damn hilarious.
LSU should offer them a designated space on campus to do their shows one after another… they could bring on special guests, interact with the crowd, etc… If LSU wanted to actually make it cost effective, they could allow the media department/students to assist with the actual setup and production aspect since podcast production is an up and coming career in and of itself.
It would be a great way to promote LSU brand and also elevate the alumni podcasts at the same time.

Tyrann’s show.
There’s gotta be a mutual benefit here that helps LSU and these podcasts

This is actually a pretty good idea . Would benefit LSU, the alums, and the students. Seems like somewhere over in or by the journalism building would be the perfect spot since it’s right next to the stadium and pmac.

Ive seen clips and it’s good. I’ve also heard things that would probably need to be buttoned up for LSU to allow them full access throughout the year.

I think its low hanging fruit…
If anyone knows people in the sports media dept at LSU, they should point this out
