I think 10-2 with our schedule gets into the playoff

Say we shite the bed again against our stupid non-con opener against USC. I still think the schedule is pretty favorable for LSU going forward
Bama, OU, and Ole Miss are at home. Arky and A&M on the road will be tricky.
I think 10-2 is very manageable if you make the right moves in the portal and make the necessary changes on the defensive staff. Let’s make the playoff!

Defense would really have to improve and the offense loses over 90% of it’s production. It’s going to be a 7-5 kind of year.

I just don’t see how the defense can make enough of an improvement from being the worst in LSU history in one offseason to good enough to contend. Especially if Kelly decides to keep that useless piece of shite he calls a DC next year.

Most years the best 9-3 team lands around #10-13. The #10 team will make the new playoff format every year. 10-2 in the SEC is ALWAYS in the top 10, meaning a 10-2 SEC team is guaranteed a playoff spot.

Multiple 2 loss teams will make the playoff in 2024 and beyond. It's almost guaranteed.

Thankfully you and I aren’t paying that salary to him. Brutal schedule with a new QB isn’t typically a recipe for major success.

LSU paid BK $20 million to go 9-3 in the regular season in 2022 & 2023. Better get used to it. We are stuck with him for another 2 or 3 years for sure.

Ya Kelly is 19-6 with a SEC west championship and a heisman trophy in 2 years
So ya 6-6 sounds about right for year 3- with, without a doubt the #1 OP coming back.
I only hope Vegas feels like you and set the Future wins at 6 wins.
