No. I meant to say that the players were more than likely guilty and it didn't serve a purpose laying the cards on the table when we know it it was lost....

No, you meant to say Fisher was an idiot because they got arrested and charged. You acted like he told them to spill their guts and it is why they are where they are now.
Furthermore, you assume that they just spilled their guts, when what they told the police was likely minimal and an attempt to make sure they had a positive light on their side.

Your entire premise is wrong, and that's the point. Attacking him for getting them to talk to the cops. They were getting arrested either way, and you've continued to choose to ignore that. Better to at least try and prevent it by giving some side of it than to just let them arrest you without some defense.
