This resulted in warrants and DNA. And eyewitness accounts say BRPD haven't spoken to them. The BRPD have held press conferences on a bar fight and singled out individuals. What did Fisher expect? One of the victims is related to a DA staff member! The police report is full of holes. Responding officer shows up with no one on scene, but returns to find Lowery still there an hour after with Ms Long? The he goes to ER at 450am because his "father forced him to"?
Really?
1) They were going to jail whether they spoke to police or not, so that's your first fail.
2) If JJ was innocent, then getting the DNA sample and shoes would vindicate him, so what's the big deal.
3) If the players were not honest with Fisher and claimed complete innocence, then how is he to be blamed?

Good thing you saved us all some time a removed any doubt that you are a moron.

It doesn't take a genius to take the post you have made, and make a conclusion.
It's perfectly clear which side you are on.
I'm the tool for calling you a frick head, after you posted for me to "post less"?
It's perfectly clear sir.

I assume you meant, he had them go together.
Be that as it may, you seem to dismiss the fact that he went to the jail and bailed out both Jordan Jefferson and Josh Johns. Not all attorneys do this.
I know from first hand experience.

I also find it funny he ignores the fact that given the circumstances they were going to get arrested even if they didn't give their side of the story.

Come on, man.
They both gave their side on Tuesday when all 4 players went to the PD and were questioned individually. Did you miss this?

Are you talking to me? If the players didn't give their side, the charges would've still been filed is the point. The best thing for them to do was give their side of the story and see if the cops wouldn't pursue the charges. Not doing it was automatically going to result in being charged.

Maybe he advised them against it.
Maybe they decided to go against his advice.

I'm talking to you because you responded to me after one of my posts.
Maybe it was inadvertent.
My post was directed to the OP, cajunbug.
I have nothing against you, man. Or Cajunbug for that matter. He just worded it in a bad way.

No it didn't. You just want to blame the lawyer for the players being idiots.
This post went downhill the second you posted the stupid thoughts that were in your head. No offense, but if you can't accept the fact the players are in this mess by their own doing, then you've got some issues.
