Had a Gamecock fan, whom I had never met, come up to me at the driving range late yesterday. He said to me:: "You guys got a huge game this weeked. Can't wait to watch it."

After coaching high school football for more than a decade I sure miss those Friday night lights and everything that goes with it!
As for LSU football, for me its the Saturday mornings that really get it going for me. Getting up, watching College Game Day (Esp if they are at our game), or watching the SEC channel, starting to get what ever I am cooking for the game ready, and cracking open a cold one. If its starting to get cool outside, then its heaven on earth!
