His inability to surround himself with very good coordinators has him n this mess. The great CEO is surrounded by smart people.

Smart, and stubborn, egotistical, lazy as well.
I believe he is a MASTER micro-manager to the point that he stifles creativity.

Select fire 8mm with a 20 round mag. They are a blast to shoot.
