Doc,
you'd be better off hitting your head up against a wall than arguing with BT or any of the other people that are convinced Lee is a better choice.
Either they have a problem with Jefferson being black and mobile and want a WASP from Texas running the show but losing games for LSU, or they are just flat out stubborn and refuse to be open to any change that might happen to benefit LSU and the team. Whatever it is, you're just wasting your time.

doc hes a 19 yr old freshman... maybe people like DB, CS, BL, hell the whole fuking Oline, should have taken more of a leadership role and think back to how things were and what the frick they were doing as a red shirt frsh......
what happens if JJ struggles???are they going to fricking pout and decide they dont want to play for him either???
thats the stupidist thing Ive ever FUKING heard.

JJ- 41% JL-53%. I'm not saying he's better I'm just saying he's more accurate.
Completion percentage is not a measure of accuracy. If you want to gauge a QB's accuracy, you have to watch him throw.

I agree, the team should have stepped up and rallied around JL, and they tried.
they stopped trying after the bama game.
you know, the one where lee threw a pick six, two more INT's, and a game sealing INT on third down in OT.

i agreee with you 100%,, it amazes me how some these idiots that replied negativly to this thread ave totally written JL off... I dont hang around or discuss LSU football with people as stupid as some those respoinding to this thread..JL is a first year guy...he made some mistakes he made some good plays for us and he needs to improve. I just choose to bleieve he will.
I choose to expect that he won't based on his progression (or lack thereof) this season.

you might not have, but the team has.

Is that what the team told you? I suppose the team really was trying against Arkie then since JJ started. It is a fact that we lost that game too. So if the team supposedly quit after Bama because of JL, then why not win against Arkie? I don't quite follow the logic.

Hideous Nomo, what the hell are you talking about?

1 drive does not make a quarterback, especially when he went on to throw that pick on 3rd down in OT. Hell, inconsistency has defined Lee's career thus far. Aside from that stretch of games where he threw a pick six each game.

Living proof that Jarrett Lee cannot quarterback in the SEC, yep.

3 of 4 were 3rd down coversions... 4th qrter down by 7, in the biggest game of the year, to the #1 team in the land.. JJ has no idea what pressure is.
hideo , most fresh are inconsistant...thats why many dont get much PT.

Hideous, consistency is what LSU had with JL. We won more games than we lost. WTF more did you want? I know, not to lose. shite happens.

Uh-oh, looks like BT has found his niche argument so he can continue to ignore everything else.
