it will really get frustrating. and he will lose support before he has time to recruit the lines and bring the team up to strength.
I thought he understood this but it's not looking like it so far.

For starters, I would like to at least see us do something well. The run game is underwhelming and we can't pass block worth a crap. Noting magical is going to happen if you are getting whipped in the trenches.
