It was the perfect storm kind of game, where the calls and ball bounced our way, and life was just awesome after for the next month.

I want this feeling again in my life. Football season used to be magical, and I used to believe nobody would win at night at our house. The days of Troy need to be a thing of the past. Coach O needs to win some big games this year, or else he is not capable of leading the program.

No more excuses.

You better go turn on the PlayStation if you want to see LSU beat Bama 38-16 this year.

I don’t know when we will beat them suckers again but it will be something like you say a perfect storm. Something like the 1982 game LSU won 20-10 in Birmingham. A game the final score gave no indication of how bad of a arse kicking it was. A complete and total domination, where they could have played for a month and outcome wouldn’t have been any different.

He may... but Ws and Ls will determine his ultimate fate.

Our chance is their lack of returners on defense, if our offense is rolling by November.

The problem is that by November, their defense will have experience, even if not returning starters. It could be a great game... but, our start to this season will reveal a lot about whether O can sustain a championship level that we all want here at LSU.

True, and I give us the edge at home if that’s the case.

If we’re still stumbling down the road with the offense, we have no shot. Saban will pick Orgeron apart.

I’m so over losing to them, I pray our offense has come together and is ready for that game. Barring injuries I’m not concerned about the defense vs Bama.
