frick you man. You weren't there all year. You didn't see what an amazing season we had outside of a newspaper. You don't know these kids. It was an amazing season with a terrible ending. Since I can tell you mostly like LSU for football, this was the 2011 season. Best regular season in LSU history, nothing to show for it but memories.

Yep. Every year we don't win a national championship with every team is a year of total and complete failure and grounds for department-wide firings.
The Rant is such a gem. And we wonder why the rest of the nation thinks we have the most delusional fan base in the history of competitive sport.

I think a lot on here did nothing successful in sports in their entire life. But feel they could do better at this level. Tough losses good season.

I love how the strawman is that I'm not a true fan for being upset with losing.
I'm not upset that we lost. I'm upset that we shite the bed when we had everything to win it. Kind of like 1/9.

But, but, but in 2011 we didn't lift a trophy! That means that every person associated with the athletic department was a complete failure, the players didn't care and are terrible human beings, and the coach couldn't get a D3 squad to win a single game.
Sometimes I wonder why I avoid the Rant at all costs. And then it slaps me in the face.
