The team played 11 games in 11 weeks in 2005. Guess they'll do the same this year (and make it 12 games in 12 weeks if they make it to Atlanta). It's great to be a Tiger—but it ain't easy.

Actually, LSU would have 3 games (NT, Aub, MSU) then an off week on Oct. 4 before starting up with Florida thru the end of the season. 9 games in a row at most if they go to Atlanta.

Correct. My mistake. Hurts to lose that second week off though.

LSU should be okay regardless. As a Saints fan, I'm worried that the precedent of LSU pushing this game sets for the Saints/Bucs game this Sunday, which is huge from a morale and national media perspective of NOLA's ability to regroup.

I hope to God they keep the game in NOLA even if it means a push to Monday night.

There is no way this game will be played anywhere else besides Tiger Stadium if possible
I agree. Everyone saying the game will be moved to one place or another is engaging in wishful thinking.

The number of evacs still in BR from other places in LA should be very low by this weekend. This wasn't Katrina and their should be far far less people who can't return home.

Sports2 just said that Herb Vincent just said to not expect a decision by tonight, maybe tomorrow per WBRZ tv.
