and lead the team on some critical drives.
Which drives were those?

we really, really, need both QBs.
With both QB's LSU is 15-3, 9-3 in their last 18 regular season games and NR at #9.
Why any LSU fan would have a problem with that is a tad hard to understand, but each to our own

I am very greatful that his shitty attitude galvanizes the team around Lee.

uh, Lee didn't see a down in two of those losses, and in the 3rd he got us a lead until injuries and the refs took over.
So, no we don't need rotating QBs

There are a LOT of people that need to eat some crow. It's fricking sick how this fanbase has acted towards Les and this team in general. I couldn't be more happy for everyone in this. We should WANT this team to win and not hope they lose so les is gone. I want Les to win. He's a great recruiter and players love him. That goes a long way. Here's to hoping we pull off the completely unbelievable season we never thought we'd have.

what an a-hole? it was his time to make a play. since lee threw the td i guess jj didn't play well?
Took my words.
Thanks for pointing out some posters are just complete morons... so I didn't have to.

I am actually rolling on the floor laughing (first time in a long time). JJ defenders have gone from "Lee needs to transfer," to "We need both QBs." That is some funny stuff.
JJ has been the #1 guy for 21 games, while Lee sat and got rusty.
JJ is leading the league in picks, which was the only slam that they used to have on Lee.
JJ led 6 series, got 2 FGS, but gave up 7 on an int. Lee led 5 series that got 4 TDs, and JJ screwed up the XP try on one of those.
And In the last two game winning drives JJ botched the snap on the 1st, and Lee threw a perfect fade on the 2nd.
AND THE ABSOLUTE BEST POSITION JJ DEFENDERS CAN NOW CLAIM IS ...... we really, really, need both QBs.

somebody called me out as being biased. they obviously don't read my posts. the whole point of the entire topic is that jj did his part to help.....not that he is better than lee or anything like that.
the qb system worked for us yesterday. i certainly believe lee is a much better passing qb.
i also stated on numerous occasions during the recruiting process that jj was not LSU caliber.
i saw him play close to 15 or 20 high school games. yet people are calling me biased in favor of jj.
not even close, but i do think it is ridiculous to bash him based on his performance against a good defense in the swamp. lee won the game for us, but jj did his part to help.

I am not a hater... but somehow I cannot get the image out of my head of JJ behind the center on one play near the end of the game.. where he'd basically already called for the snap, and then quickly flipped open the playsheet on his wrist and re-checked the play!!
Does this happen very often? I just don't recall ever seeing a QB do this so late behind center!

I just can't believe JJ had more pass attempts (12) than JL (11).
Assuming JL's percentages played out (81%), we would have had about 3 more completed passes had JL been given all of the pass atempts. That could be a game changeing amount of completions.
I guess I could understand wanting to start the QB with more experience against UF. This week would be the best opportunity to make the change.
I guess we'll see next Saturday :fingerscrossed:
