the most honest answer is Ole Miss is so bad this year, it wouldn't be Miles' fault if LSU loses. That blame will lay solely on the players. LSU should win this game for absolutely one reason, these players got beat by Ole Miss two years running. If that isn't enough motivation to beat the Hell out of Ole Miss, then we don't deserve much this year, when it comes bowl time.

If this happens:

Will the Rant go into complete meltdown?
Will everyone become a NegaTiger?
Would this be the worst loss of the Les Miles Era?

Yes
No
No(It would be hard to top last year).
This is a different LSU team, especially on defense. Last year was a good defense that got burnt by one great player, similar to the Auburn game this year. This defense has played one bad game all year and appears to be more self-motivated than recent years. If the defense shows up(and I think they will) the offense(passing game) can win with mediocre play against Mississippi. If they execute like the 2nd half of 'Bama then the game will not be as close as usual. Ole Miss can win if the Tigers don't show up defensively. I just don't see that happening with the leadership of Nevis and Sheppard. Will you guys kick to Peterson?

I'm not sure about basketball and baseball (although our baseball program has the highest winning % in the SEC for the last decade), but the series record in football stands at 34-31-4 since 1938.

absolutely amazing....the funny thing is that these guys actually think they are on the same level as lsu in sports......Basketball? No, not even close....I'm not sure ole miss has ever been to the elite 8........Baseball? No, not even going to mentions this one is so far in lsu's favor....and finally football? No, see baseball.

i think the fact ya'll have beaten us twice in a row is why ya'll lose; miles will have the boys ready to play. ole miss is a much better team than they showed last week; they have pretty much mailed this season in BUT, it's LSU so...
