Spurrier is not Sleaze!!

If anything, he is THE SEC HC who did his work with competency and professionalism.

I know he killed us at UF.......but we had the most incompetent HC's that Joe Dean could find, Joe Dean the Cheapskate was clueless, so he hired Curley and Duh-Nardo. Isn't that grounds for Spurrier's well-documented-exploitations? It is!!

Spurrier did not have to cheat at UF and he didn't! He did not cheat at USC and has held an honest dialogue, for those who are intelligent enought to understand.

So don't anybody accuse him of sleaze, just becaused he emabarassed our incompetent HC's during his era. Saban and DuhNardo once, gave him an LSU wake up call!! If we slobberknocked several generations of Moo U and Old Urine HC's.......why couldn't Spurrier totally humiliate our Joe Dean HC's?

Joe Dean tried to take credit for Crimson Dwarf, but Emmert and Dwarf put him in his place and literally ran him off......he was the bane of LSU Football and Basketball, that basketball AD, who was totally incompetent.

Back to Spurrier, he is the only one who has the courage to speak out about the SEC scheduling injustice. Furthermore, our current AD is a joke too. Some say Herb Vincent will go to the SEC office and represent LSU, well I say: SQUAT AS YOU WATCH THE WORM, HE'LL TURN AND DO WHAT IS BEST FOR HIS CAREER. All I can say is that weasel must never be re-hired at LSU, he is a "worm that turns." WATCH!!

Assuming that he would've hired a good DC, I think we would've won the National Championship in 2006. As good as Jamarcus was in 2006, I think Spurrier would've had that offense at another level. So many weapons. No way he leaves Jordan Hare with only 3 points.

Gonna agree here........... But after 1986 when they shunned him. he would have NEVER come here anyway.........

He was not "shunned" by LSU PJ, jst because he wasn't offered the job, he was not a really viable candidate then. Depsite the fact that along with LSU, Alabama, Texas and USC had openings that year and Spurrier took the Duke job. His resume at that point was a couple of seasons as OC at Duke and HC in the USFL. Nothing but 20/20 hindsight and myth that lingers to say the LSU should have hired Spurrier.
