I bet that since it's nationally televised, Les and co. will "spice it up" a bit compared to past spring games. It's a good opportunity to sell the program to potential recruits and "re-sell" it to the fanbase. So, how will it be different? More passes? More Shep? More returns? Nothing at all?

Les Miles is a man of mirth and intrigue.

I would think they may go more vanilla since it is nationally televised.

I already think our D is going to be great next year, so anything positive I see from the offense will be superb.

I think he's for realz. It's scheduled for 3, I think, right before the game. And I think it's awesome. Clearly it's gotten the players and fans fired up, why not show it on ESPN.

Well, of course, they're not going to break out any special trickeration, but I think showcasing some guys would be smart. Also, I hope--like most here, I believe--that we take the approach next year of just lining up and kicking arse. Focus on winning matchups and dominating your opponent, not tricking/fooling them.

This reminds me of everyone saying that Les was just waiting to play someone good before opening up the offense last year. We never saw that, and we won't see much of anything tomorrow. The Spring Game is always overhyped because of our fans passion for football and the lack of it for the past few months.

Well, then you're retarded, because these 2 things are not similar. And all those people who said that last year were retarded. I, however, am not retarded. And the Cubs suck.

The game is scheduled to start at 3:05 p.m. Saturday. At 3 p.m., LSU has scheduled its “Big Cat” drill, which is a basic, one-on-one blocker versus defender drill that has become the drill Miles hopes symbolizes the physical nature of spring drills.

LSU turns it into a competition, with Miles declaring a winner of each one-on-one matchup, tallying a point for each side.

To schedule it so close to kickoff seems to imply LSU wants TV time for the drill.

“I think there will be a chance,” he said. “I think the ESPN telecast might be ‘Big Catted’ up.”

The retardedness off your post was exactly what I was referring to.
