I think that Lazarre and Mike Scarbough do a fairly good job with Tigerbait. They do a lot of research and keep with tons of information about kids that the average person does not know about.
Mike is a stand-up guy and provides a great sservice IMHO.

I find Lazare to be direct.
He doesn't say a lot, but you can usually get a feel for who the coaches like and dislike in so far as the depth chart is concerned, if you pay attention to him.
The key to all of these guys is not as much their evaluation of talent, but their relationships with staff, directly or indirectly.

yep, but he did state Al Woods, r.j.f., Jamarcus, brandon lafel, earl doucet ect. were under developed at lsu. He stated the coaching at lsu was not up to par in developing players for the n.f.l., yet, the very year he made the statement, p.p. was set to be a top 10 pick.
then, over the past two and next year, lsu is on pace to have the most or second most players drafted.
detillier is a blow hard and likes to hear himself talk. he's in with bobby hebert and the big O. he doesn't make those type of wreckless statements about those two wreckless people. makes you question his cred. where was he getting his info from, those two?

He does LSU sports for a recruiting website. He is the same as Rosetta. Can report on games well but don't know shite about recruiting.
ETA: Lazare also sucks as the "official scorer" at LSU baseball games. Never understood how that isn't a conflict of interest
