Look at your boy justice just a few posts above. Attacking me saying I don't think much of the team because I say that they are underdogs in at least 4 games. I'm just quoting Vegas odds. Lsu is currently an underdog in 4 games. Btw, as far as labeling negative, when someone talks out of both sides of their mouth, I don't buy anything they have to say.

no I attack you for always bashing people for predicting a successful season. you don't want high expectations for the team in case they don't achieve them. This team is loaded with talent and has the potential to beat every team on the schedule

You really do love you some justice, but I can't believe you don't realize he's only giving you shite because you came out in your "first week of posting" with nothing but hostility, insults and cursing at people.

You just described as many people that you've labeled positive as you have negative.

Eta: There are positives and negatives in almost every scenario in life. Anyone that refuses to acknowledge one side or the other of that is a fool.

Do you people really think Joe Alleva cares about opinions ?

Alleva and others care about REVENUES, as long as they are OK, Alleva is OK.
Obviously the Football Program is a big part of revenues... but ONE SEASON.. no worries UNLESS
the wheels were to totally come off i.e. 500 season or therabouts

So re so full of shite playing your troll game on here. I've never once lowered my expectations. I simply point out that Vegas doesn't agree. You aren't fooling many on here dude. Most of us have seen you over the months jump into every positive thread and shite on the team and O. You are 100% obsessed with it. I honestly to God believe you have let it control your life. It just doesn't add up.

I personally think O and alleva will escape with an 8-4 season, but must do much better in 19. I don't think they survive 7-5. Jmo

Someone posted the SOS a while back and it was right in line with previous years except last year. I wish I knew where they got it.

Steele's pre-season LSU SOS is #13.

Other than the lol #27 schedule of 2017, LSU hasn't had a SOS higher than #11 since 2008 (#28).

Thanks. But, it's still just a talking point. The end of year SOS is what really matters when it comes to judging the season and the quality of the teams played.

The reason I think 10-2 and Vegas doesn’t? Vegas is likely taking into account O’s losses to Troy and State last year, when we weren’t underdogs. Those kinds of upsets tend to create a “market adjustment.” I don’t believe those issues are going to show up this year.

This is a case where people who follow LSU might know a little more than the general betting public.

In late spring, I was thinking 8-4. There have been quite a few things happen since then to indicate we will be better than that, and maybe a lot better with some luck.
