Gonzaga a 4 seed as WCC champs > than LSU SEC champs. OOO and if Gonzaga is a 4 then how the F does St. Marys not even get in

Perhaps Gonzaga finished strong, won their league AND conference tourney AND played a tougher OOC schedule???

You know. Screw you tigers who aren't pissed. You apparantly don't understand the magnitude of having to play UNC in the 2nd round. Guess what?? They are FN Great not GOOD...Great!

It means a disappointing season because some jacks in a office stroking each other obviously do not watch, keep up, or even know what the hell is going on out there on the courts until the last weekend. New Game Plan....Sandbag...lose every stinking game then go to the SEC tourney and win it because you saved every dam cent of energy on just those games and by the way Gonzaga ain't that good....they lost to Portland State And Arizona who got in because they suck it too! Yeah, it'd be nice if the NCAA selection committee went out of it's way to make sure LSU had a cake walk to the Final Four.
But if we want to make it to the Final Four, we are going to have to beat Butler then UNC then Gonzaga then Oklahoma/Syracuse -- assuming no upsets.
Yeah, it sucks that we don't have to play four crappy teams to get to the Final Four... but the NCAA selection committee hates LSU.

I mean, they won't even play the conference tournament anywhere except for Memfart. I don't feel bad for them- if they are as good as everyone says, then they should have no problem advancing...

It's the NCAA Tournament!!! It's 65 of supposedly the best teams in the nation. Do you really think that it is supposed to be a cupcake for LSU??? Our Tigahs lost 3 of their last 4 and looked bad doing so.
Eventually in a tournament, you are going to play someone that is damn good. For us, to start off with it's Butler. If we win that we will likely play NC. We need to take them one game at a time and stop whining about our bracket draw, because it is what it is...

Unless you finished the season ranked #1 or #2, you don't DESERVE anything. Consider yourself lucky to even have a shot at sniffing the national championship. This is why I think college football has it right and basketball has it wrong. NCAA Basketball: Regular season = Meaningless; Conference Tournament = Meaningless.

I'm hoping your post is dripping with sarcasm because if it isn't it's a ridiculous stance. You must be about the only person in the WORLD who thinks the BCS system gets it "right". College footballs system is stupid. In college basketball you earn your championship on the court.

When you look at our OOC games with Xavier, Utah, & Texas A&M who all are in the tourney and we lost to all 3 of them, I didn't expect anything better than a 7.
Also quite worrying about UNC, Butlet can shoot it up and defend well. They also beat Xavier at home so we better play well offensively.
