One of my dad's buddies sat next to Sam Nader. Nader was the head guy of LSU recruiting for years. He isn't anymore, but he's still heavily involved. He told me dad's buddy a number of cool stuff, but he did say that one of the most impressive guys in practice has been Chris Garrett. Nader was saying that in the future Miles will really have a dilemma at the QB position.

Why do we put so much stock into basically what is a glorifed practice?
Honest Question, I am curious because so many people say "What I saw in Spring Game"
I guess because that is the only time we have seen him in action with the exception of some limited recruiting videos on rivals/scout.

I love when I see some one say "I saw his highlight tape and he looked damn good"
Well no shite its a highlight tape, they are not going to show them screwing up.
I am curious cause I do not put much stock into practice where your doing limited amount of things.
It would be one thing if every practice was open to public so we could see and make an informed decision or opinion.

seriously, kid is a gunslinger, has a rocket arm, capable of makin any type of throw and unlike Jarrett Lee shows great mobility in the pocket, Miles will have a tough decision in tha future.

Hopefully, it'll be a good problem for coach Miles and the Tiger fans to have.

I don't know who #8 is on the videos, but maybe we should have brought him with Chris too.
