How fast is Russell Shepard?

Somebody in the know please tell me what kind of speed Russell Shepard has (i.e. is he Jordan Jefferson fast or is he Keiland Williams fast?).

Hes Jock Sanders fast.
Out of a cut he is Chris Polk fast, but if you watch him get going at full speed I would say he is more Jimmy Young fast.

A legit 4.4 AND he stays fast out of his cuts and jukes... if that makes any sense. He has great lateral movement without losing much quickness.
