Honestly the other options we had that year don't look to much better. With the transfer portal it's really a wash.

21 offseason new coach new coaches good recruit year hit the portal to fill gaps coach them up and have a winning 22 season may pull off an upset or two(florida a&m, Arkansas on radar)....end of 22 Season we will have learned alot about roster we make small help now ads in offseason portal and recruit well again our 22 recruits will have grown and be ready for 23......23 Season we make noise 9 to 10 wins, great recruiting class....24 and/or 25 Season we will be back on NC radar consistently.

The program would be minus one national championship, if we’re looking at it for face value.

One of the best? Show me another team that played and defeated not just "ranked" teams, but seven in the Top 10 when they played. No other team has ever come close to that accomplishment. The 2019 LSU team was the greatest ever!
