It doesn't.
It might even improve after a loss because I stay away from the Rant (avoiding depression) and get more work done.

after a loss I feel kinda crappy for about 30 minutes then I come read the meltdowns on tiger rant and strangely I feel better

Last time I got seriously bummed about a game was Saints/Seahawks playoff game in 2011. Was deeply depressed for about 2 days. Then I realized how utterly ridiculous that is. Decided that it's really not that serious, football is just entertainment. Even with LSU's NC loss, I was only bummed out for about 30 minutes, then I moved on.
Every year since then losses have affected me less and less. I don't think any loss this year really affected me at all.
