Because you did something to piss off Les Miles and he is punishing you! Why did you have to ruin for the rest of us?

Look I like Miles but, the future of college football is now! That future is spread. Until someone blue prints how to beat the spread....it is here to stay!

It all comes down to speed and deception. JJ is great at neither... He hands off very slowly and is horrible at hiding what he's going to do.

Week 1: Washington - he runs on the option
Week 2-4: He options always, but slowly
Week 5: He doesn't get separation and hesitates before he options.

This only cure to this is confidence and getting his head into the game. It seems as though we're only going half speed right now- that is what's missing. IMHO.

Actually, I think JJ was okay on the option until he got his bell rung. Now he's trying to avoid getting hit and as a result pitching too early.

So, you watched Nebraska tonight and you think they can run the spread effectively?

He said a GOOD spread attack.

An offense ranked 12th in the SEC does not constitute a good offense.

I know you won't get this but it's done enough to win 5 games

How many conference or national champs finish dead last in Defense or Offense? It will have to pick up if Miles plans on winning more that 4 conference games.

I know you won't get this but 5 wins has nothing to do with the FACT that our offense hasn't been very good this year.

You can have 5 wins and not have a very good offense, the 2 are mutually exclusive.

So, would you say our offensive line has been great this year since we have 5 wins???

Good enough doesn't mean it's good.

And if you think we'll keep winning all of our games with the last ranked offense in our conference, you're delusional.

We'll either lose at least 2 or more games, or our offense will improve and we'll lose 2 or less games.

To think otherwise would be, well, dumb.

What are you talking about?

Where did I say or even insinuate that I think I know more than the coach???

It is FACT that our offense is ranked last in the SEC.

Somehow you took that statement and ran with it and made something COMPLETELY different up in your mind.

Yikes.

I don't like the spread attack. I wish we had a pure pro-style offense -- with occasional wild Tiger to take advantage of Shep or other athletes now and in the future like him. The reason that pro teams don't use the spread attach is becasue the better the athletes, the easier it is to stop it.

Unless our offense improves we will be 9-3.
