How can you have “Lack of Institutional Control” without an investigation?

Even the broken down NCAA doesn’t charge a university with that until they have completed an investigation, which often times takes a year or more.
The SEC throwing that term around with no formal investigation is a big problem. Is that going to be the new norm any time there is a disagreement with a member? The SEC has a long way to go if their ultimate goal is establish a super conference and break away from the NCAA.

Dude, nothing they put out there is correct. They know it. Sankey is a huge liberal, and he was just using the democrat playbook. Throw shite out there and there are enough stupid people that will believe it. Hell, I saw an article where Fox News said LSU was currently housing pro players.
