You attached your highest revenue generators to anchors that needed ridiculous amounts of money to course correct or suffer pretty irreparable damages….both were easily avoided and called out in real time, not hindsight
Scott became a dinosaur quickly as the landscape of college sports suddenly changed from under neath us and he was ill prepared
My only positive I can say is Kelly face planted at the perfect time to nab Kiffin

Obligatory statement: "Not that I liked Woodward". But why does TD and the Rant have to go scorched earth on everybody from the past? Things go bad for Les (and I agreed he needed to go) and we blame the whole thing on him. Then Coach O (and I agree it was time), then Woodward (he needed to go). Then McMan (it's time), but we have to let some of these people rest from your minds. We don't have to keep blaming them for it all. Our system made some bad decisions along the way as well. Move forward with the people we have and stop blaming a fire in Cali on Les or etc.
