Not bitter at all, he’s just not very good. Etling played in an archaic offense, max was in a much more friendly system.
And Max had fuggin Jake Peetz rolling him to his right 10 Xs a gmae. Max had handcuffs of a different variety than Etling. It was clear they didn't want him running, which he was good at last season when he played. He had little in the way of experienced talent after Boutte went down, no real TE, a sieve of an OL, and horrible play calling.
I don't disagree at all that Max is limited with regards to talent, but to see the people freaking out over his departure to A&M is odd. He's not going to hurt LSU there, and he did, in fact, help LSU while he was here.

Nobody is bitter. It is actually hilarious. Ever sense Jake committed I have been waiting for this moment. Saying my prayers it happens. Again it has nothing to do with either kid or their ability. It is all about Brad.

It is highly possible Brad became a cancer because Coach O let him become one over time. Every time he crossed the line and didn't get called out for it, he inch closer and closer to becoming one. Good coach nips it in the bud quickly. I don't believe Brad started out like that.

Max entered the portal long before Myles decided to come back. If you listened to the interview with Myles this morning with Jordy, he said Kelly called this past Monday to ask him to come back and he said yes.

Honestly I don’t care at all about max Johnson. He was an ok qb nothing more.

Max has history at LSU good teams will study and understand how to defense him. If the LSU defense blitzes and covers like they did during the latter half of the season, Max may be ineffective. Seems like--being a coach's son--Max would learn quickly how to recognize defensive sets and adjust. He also didn't seem to "spark" the offense (like Nuss seemed to do), so there may be an underlying issue with Max's leadership style--or something we don't see. I don't know whether a factor, but receivers who have played for years catching passes from a right-hander may have difficulty with the spin from a southpaw. I played 1st base in softball and I did have some difficulties--but again, that MAY not be true on the football field. There just seemed (to me) to be something not quite right when Max was in there.

The Johnson hate is really weird to me… the dude fought his arse off behind a completely decimated offensive line and showed a shite load of toughness
I have no clue why this shithole place needs to blast max and brad…
