I wouldn't put it past the retarded AP poll to have Ohio State at 1 instead.

A 3 loss SEC team is definitely getting in this year. Maybe 2.

Is BYU the only top 15 team that ND has played? Neither of these two teams have played top 10 teams so a win by either of them means not much.

Ohio St will be #1.
If scores hold it would be
1. Ohio St
2. BYU
3. Indiana
4. UGA
5. Ole Miss
6. Tennessee
7. Texas Tech
8. Utah
9. ND
10. Miami
Im not confident in the order of BYU, Indiana, and UGA. UGA did lose to rival Auburn, but Auburn is mediocre. Indiana lost at home by an out of bounds to Ohio St. BYU beats the breaks off ND, but neither ND nor BYU have played anybody worth a flip but each other. They would be one of only a handful of unbeatens though.
ETA: Miami looks like they might win so that would put them 2nd. BYU would be 3rd. Kentucky with only one loss should be in the top 10 above ND, but i don't know if they would do it.

A 3 loss team legitimately may win the national championship this year
