Dean is hitting well over .300 against lefties. You people are pure emotion and no fact
Some of the calls last night were complete off the plate horseshite. With a more consistent and tighter zone, you would have seen better AB's.
Ross was getting squeezed and still held them in check.

And what is Mitchell hitting against lefties?

No idea. His BA was .333 in overall conference play. He does look fooled against the lefty curve, I'll give you that.
But he still has a better overall approach than Ochinko.

I wouldn't care if they let Mitchell play against lefties as long as they let him bunt or something sometimes to atleast force them to make a play. His strikeouts against lefties just look bad.

i wouldn't mind seeing this line up vs. lhp
1 mahtook cf
2 helenihi rf
3 dean dh
4 lemahieu 2nd
5 hanover 3rd
6 schimpf lf
7 gibbs c
8 ochinko 1st
9 nola ss
mahtook leads off w/a single...helenihi bunts him over...dean and dj have an rbi oppurtunity
plus helenihi stays back and doesn't try to pull the ball
i would move schimpf down b/c it's just not smart to have two lhb that struggle vs. lhp to be batting back to back
just my 2 cents

he's tried to bunt several times lately and looks horrible

I like that lineup but I don't think we will see it b/c I don't think PM likes Helenihi too much. I may would put Schimpf at first and sit Ochinko for a couple games until he gets out of this slump.

Maneiri is not and never will be SKIP

Totally agree with your analysis. Maybe you could replace Maneri.
