You should’ve stayed & became a champion with your boy Fulton! Instead you took the easy way out then went to Bama to win a title only to get smashed by Clemson

Fulton > Smith
LSU > everybody else

When you lose those guys it just might free up a spot for someone like Justin Jefferson

If I remember correctly, I think some huge O-lineman from west virginia quit the team after being here for like 2 days and made room for Jets

btw, was this thread made in response to Saivion's post on instagram? LINK

Those guys have two more seasons at the least to do it. Bama isnt going anywhere. Will be a cut throat year in the SEC again.

How do you feel about LSU players who came from out of state?

They both got in trouble. One left and one stayed. They both struggled early against Clemson. One fought through it and one flopped out the game. And one didn't get drafted and one will. Not an out of state thing.

Even more perplexing, what were Kelvin Joseph & Lanard Fournette thinking?

They actually got a preview of this promising season and still left.

I don't really blame Fournette. He apparently just didn't want to play football anymore.

Joseph is a moron though.

Exactly how I feel. We really don’t know his motivation. I don’t think the team missed a beat without him and who knows if he makes the same decision if he feels the guys he’s sharing time with can’t fill his shoes (not sure if that played in but I suspect the coaches would have worked harder to change his mind if the others were not capable).

I suspect the toll on his body plus his desire to get on with his life since he had graduated weighed most heavily into his decision.

Kelvin Joseph would have been suspended again so pretty obvious why he left. Fournette makes no sense. He would have had the role in the Oklahoma game that C.Curry got so maybe that prevents us losing Curry in the offseason. Crazy how some players just don’t want to do it anymore and would quit in the middle of a championship season.
