Florida and Alabama put some of the worst teams in years on the field this year. Their names are the only reason those wins are hyped up this year. Ole Miss win doesn’t look that great now also.

Nice revisionist history arse clown. Bama still has a Heisman QB and a fricking stud at RB

If they feel better in the underdog role, they’ll feel great against Georgia this weekend.

TLDR: team over performed all year and it caught up with them for 60 minutes in Aggieland.

I agree with this.

But I don’t believe that that equals this:

quote:

When you have a team, and record, like we have this year, you must accept it for what it is. Fraudulent, GOOD, but fraudulent.

Teams playing well and performing above expectations isn’t “fraudulent”.

It’s pretty damn impressive imo, although yes, I had a feeling it was setting some up for disappointment at some point.

It unfortunately came against a program that no one wants to see so well against us, especially when it appeared they were crashing and burning.

But unfortunately that was exactly what made them so dangerous.

Ultimately they were still a program with talent that had them respected enough to be voted #6 preseason, and they rallied together in what amounted to their bowl game against a highly ranked rival.

And ultimately we are still a program with a pieced together roster that wasn’t even ranked before the season due to the patchwork nature of the program.

That our coaching staff and players worked hard enough to win several impressive games against SEC competition doesn’t mean it was “fraudulent”.

It means enjoy the ride and watch the frick out once we get a roster full of players fully bought into this system and program from day 1.

I’d simply say -

Nearly all the defenses this year played us like our receivers were the best weapons on the field..which they are…

Of all people … jimbo said eff that we’ll stack the box and make jd pass.

Jimbo won. The end.
