We're almost for sure playing either Michigan or UCF

Yeah. Those were always the only two options, if we make it into a NY6. I'm glad UCF won. I'd rather play them than a Boise/Fresno.

Florida/UCF in Georgia makes so much more sense than Florida/Michigan in Georgia

Once UCF won and Georgia lost, yes.

Also, I know the Peach might not be thrilled to get the Group of Five team again, but it's much, much more likely that UCF fans travel to Atlanta to watch a game against big brother Florida than all the way to Arizona.

Is there an order of selection, or does the CFP committee place teams?

They should send them to the Peach then. Everything about it makes sense.

Yeah Northwestern is gonna win and we're Outback Bowl bound.

This board will be insufferable tomorrow.

No. At 11-2 they would remain highly ranked and be at an large to the NY6.

We would have to jump Ohio State in the CFP rankings tomorrow.

Seems unlikely. Currently, Ohio State is 6th and we are 10th. We're already going to be 11th, because they'll probably jump Washington over us. That seems like a long way for Ohio State to fall, but who knows.

When LSU had 2 losses and OSU had 1 loss, we were ahead of them. The difference between now and then is Ohio State added a dominant win against a top 10 team.

I don’t think Northwestern can get enough stops to win, but if they turn it over there may be trouble.
