last year right before the patriots and giants played at the end of the regular season herbie said:

"look out for the giants. im not saying there going to win this game, but they will make it close. but when they get in the playoffs they could make a run with that defense. and if they get another shot at the patriots, they could beat them."

in reply to that the other announcer says "yeah and yesterday you told us les miles was going to michigan"

herbie makes a dead on prediction about the giants and it gets completely shot down by the other guy.

so if kirk thinks we might make it back to the NCG, he might be right.

Why don't you come on down to 1-AA and you might be able to win a Championship....and I thought the Michigan fans were arrogant....Typical Big 10 snob, you are barely 1 step ahead of ND

We have one. 2002.

BTW, when we lose to teams, at least they're real teams(ie, Florida, Texas, LSU).
Who were your losses? Wofford? I don't even remember the name of the other one.

2002 is history....just ask the Golden Domers...What have you done lately except get beat by Illinois and squeek by Michigan and of course CHOKE in the NC game?

Herbstreit blows and i'm glad to hear that LSU fans don't like him either. After the game last year he still kept running his mouth about how ASU wasn't that good because he had made some remarks before the game about how it would be a blowout and didn't understand why either team wanted to even play the game.

I can't argue for our schedule last season. We didn't have a good one. Point: you.

Still not sure why you're so upset. I can't remember exactly what it was that I said in the beginning, but I think it was basically just that BCS conference teams should not be playing subdivision teams.
I think most on this site would agree with me on that and that's not something that you'll ever change my mind on.

I dont understand the Herbstreit hate. Mob-mentality and negative people. like one of the previous posters said "enjoy the game".

As bad as we think OSU is they have the 2nd most players in the NFL after Miami. The Big Ten is 2nd in NFL players per conference member, just barely behind the SEC. So the less-talented Big Ten thing is kinda a myth. maybe its the coaching?

Actually, i think speed on the off\def lines and linebackers is the biggest advantage.
